This is the official home page for Kamakura Live Demonstration Courses, which have been organized by NPO International TRI Network once every year.

このホームページは鎌倉ライブデモンストレーション・コースの正式ホームページです。このライブデモンストレーションは毎年一回　特定非営利活動法人ティー・アール・アイ国際ネットワークによって開催されてきました。

Kamakura Live Demonstration Course is a unique live demonstration course, since it has been focusing mainly on transradial coronary intervention (TRI) and mostly held in English. Also, it invites several ambitious young doctors as operators every year. The course is not only compsed of live demonstration but also discussions and debates, symposium for co-medical staffs, end-vascular treatment (EVT) for peripheral arterial diseases (PAD), etc, as well.

鎌倉ライブはとてもユニークです。何故ならば、経橈骨動脈的冠動脈インターベンション(TRI)にフォーカスを当て、さらにはコースそのものがほとんど英語で開催されるのです。さらに、毎年数名の若い意欲のある医師を術者として招聘してきました。このコースではライブのみならず、活発な議論が行われ、またコメディカル・セッションや末梢動脈疾患(PAD)に対する血管内治療(EVT)なども行われます。

I would welcome all of physicians, technicians, nurses, who are interested especially in TRI, and those who may concern to this fantastic live demonstration course. Through spending together during the live course, I wish every body would promote mutual friendship and professional knowledge.

Our NPO has held Public Forum during Kamakura Live Demonstration Course every year. This public forum has been focusing mainly on clinical trials for medical devices conducted to achieve the official approval from the Goverment under global harmonization. We believe that this attitude is beneficial for all of the public people in order to achieve the most advanced medical devices under the protection of human rights. We will have physicians, academic persons, industry people, Goverment authorities, people from media as well as patients for the discussants. Let's join this wonderful and unique Public Forum.

私達の特定非営利活動法人ティー・アール・アイ国際ネットワークでは毎年　鎌倉ライブの 期間中に市民公開講座を開催しています。この市民公開講座では、医療器具認可のための臨床試験 (治験)についての議論、特に世界共同治験の在り方に関する機論を行います。それと申しますのも、 このような議論が、国民の許に早く最新の医療器具を患者さんの人権を守りながら届けるために 必要だと信じているからです。この公開講座には、医師、学会の人々、企業の人々、政府関係者、 マスコミの人々、そして患者さんたちが参加されます。どうぞこのすばらしい、しかもユニークな 市民公開講座にご参加下さい。


Any good medical practice cannot be done without experienced and co-operative work by co-medical personnels. Thus, we would like to promote experienced knowledge and friendship thorugh active disucssion durking Kamakura Live. Let's come to kamakura!!!

医療は経験豊かなコメディカルの方々の献身的な協力無くしては成り立ちません。鎌倉ライブの期間中に、 皆で活発な議論を行うことにより、お互いの専門性を高めると共に、親睦を深めましょう。さあ、いざ鎌倉へ!!!



Peripheral arterial diseases (PAD) has been getting more and more attention by Interventional Cardiologists, since it is prevelent in patients with coronary heart disease, and the techniques for endovascular treatment (EVT) for PAD are applicable to percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Our Live Demonstration Course is also focusing on EVT for PAD.

末梢動脈疾(PAD)はインターベンション心臓医の注目を浴びています。その理由としては、冠動脈疾患 を有する患者さんではしばしば、これらの疾患を合併しますし、また、PODに対する血管内治療(EVT)の テクニックは経皮的冠動脈インターベンション(PCI)においても用いることができるからです。 鎌倉ライブデモンストレーションでは、PADに対するEVTについても焦点を当てていきます。
