AMEX Club in Kamakura Live Demonstration Course

AMEX Club (AntiMetabolic syndrome with EXercise club) is an official sporting activity, which was invented by Dr. Toshiyuki MATSUMURA (a member of our NPO), in order to promote the health through the physical excercise. The 1st official AMEX Club excercise was conducted from 7:00 AM on December 20th Saturday and 21st Sunday. Participants enjoyed adequate physical excercise on the beatiful course over 7 Kilometers in Yokohama.
