Dear Colleagues and
Friends:
On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like
to welcome you to the 11th Kamakura
Live Demonstration Course 2004 in Yokohama, Japan.
Kamakura Live Demonstration Course has been making a feature of Trans-Radial
Coronary
Intervention [TRI] since it started. We believe that we could have shared
our knowledge
and development about TRI and updated our professional skills each other
more than a
few.
Twelve years have already passed since Dr. Kiemeneij first introduced
TRI in the world.
During these years, TRI has established its most important position
in the recent advance
in percutaneous coronary intervention. Especially in Asian countries,
this course has been
maintaining a great influence to contribute to the spread of TRI.
Since 2002, we have been focusing to the beginners of TRI and one of
the aims, on
December 11th, we would like to hold gThe 4th Dr. Sakaifs View on TRA/TRIh
this year as
well. We will also provide a Co-Medical Session, that is, gCome Come
Clubh on December
11th.
In addition, following a new attempt in 2003, we would like to invite
young operators to
perform TRI with our Course Director, Dr. Shigeru Saito in the afternoon
of December
12th.
We very much expect the enthusiastic young interventionalists to challenge
the technique
of TRI with Dr. Saito and to encourage the promising Radialists over
the world. The other
new conferences during the course -KNIC & CRT- would be expected
to show the other
aspects of Kamakura Live.
We hope all of the participants could find the 11th Kamakura Live Demonstration
Course
as the most state-of-the-arts experiences of TRI.
We would like to express our sincere thanks for your participation.
Looking forward to collaborating with you on this fruitful time.
