    Mitral TEER (Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair) with the MitraClip system is standard treatment option for patients with significant MR with surgical difficalties. The MitraClip G4 system has been available since 2020.This system made the procedure simple, and enabled us to challenge complex anatomy. We show Shonan Kamakura Style of Mitral TEER.　　　　　　　　 マイトラ・クリップを用いた僧帽弁に対する TEER(Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair; 経カテーテル的 先端-先端修復術))は、手術困難な重症僧帽弁閉鎖不全患者さんに対する標準的治療法です。 MitraClip G4システムは 2020年より使用されていて、複雑な手技が簡素化され、解剖学的に困難な状況にも対応可能となってきました。このセッションでは鎌倉での僧帽弁TEERを供覧させて頂きます。
